At Sterling Crane USA, we believe leadership extends beyond our industry—it’s about making a meaningful impact on the communities we serve. That’s why we’re proud to introduce our new volunteer initiative, Sterling Crane USA Lifts Others—a program built on the pillars of servant leadership and community involvement.

The initiative launched in February with Lift Up a Heart, a Valentine’s Day food drive in collaboration with the Houston Food Bank (Houston, TX) and the Food Bank of Larimer County (Fort Collins, CO). By working alongside hunger relief organizations in our communities, we are doing our part to combat food insecurity and support those in need.

Next, we had the privilege of participating in Stephen F. Austin Elementary’s Careers on Wheels event, where Crane Operator Lane Tinkle engaged with young students (ages 4K-1st grade), sharing insights into his profession and answering their curious questions. We remain dedicated to inspiring the next generation of crane operators and riggers!

Our commitment to service continued as we teamed up with Habitat for Humanity San Antonio for a home build. Our volunteers rolled up their sleeves to paint the interior of a home and construct an outdoor shed for a veteran who was injured in combat. Supporting affordable housing and our nation’s heroes is a cause close to our hearts.

Most recently, we hit the ground running—literally—by participating in a St. Patrick’s Day run in Billings, MT, to promote youth athletics and community health. Our focus on hunger, health, and housing underscores our mission to make a lasting difference.

To solidify our commitment, we’ve introduced a new initiative logo. We are excited about the road ahead and look forward to continuing to lift others as we build a better tomorrow!
