  • Brian Boudreaux

    Brian Boudreaux

    General Manager

    Brian joined Sterling Crane USA in 2019 bringing with him over 20 years of experience working in the crane industry for Sparrows Group and Maxim Crane. Brian’s experience includes progressive roles in international, offshore, and regional operations leading some of the largest revenue locations for his past employers. Brian is responsible for developing a safe, profitable, and accountable environment to best serve our customers. His team is focused on providing the safest, most efficient custom crane solutions while setting a new standard in the crane rental industry.

  • Kevin McDougall

    Kevin McDougall

    VP of Projects and Turnarounds

    Kevin joined Sterling Crane in 2004 with the acquisition of Ridge Crane and has over 43 years in the rental crane industry starting a crane operator/rigger for Pro-Crane in Kalispell, MT. Based out of Ft Collins, Kevin served as Branch Manager since 1998, taking on Projects and Turnarounds in 2004 and served as a Regional Manager over 4 Branches in 2015. He has served in his current role since 2018 and is responsible for leading the Sales, Planning, Scheduling and Logistics for Labor and Equipment for all US Projects and Turnarounds.

  • Bob Picken

    Global Vice President Risk Management

    Bob serves as the Global Vice President Risk Management of Marmon Crane Services, responsible for industrial relations and management of key risk areas. As a member of the senior leadership team Bob is committed to delivering our crane services safely and exceeding customer expectations. Bob graduated from the University of Alberta’s Master of Business Administration and Law degree programs. He has been an instructor in the University of Alberta’s School of Business and Faculty of Extension for 20 years, instructing courses in risk management, business strategy, and entrepreneurship.

    Mike Kirk

    Corporate Controller

    Mike joined Sterling Crane USA in 2019 bringing over 15 years of accounting and finance experience to the company. He has worked in a variety of industries but has spent over 8 years in the construction industry. Mike oversees the financial functions of reporting, budgeting and internal controls. He and his team are dedicated in supporting the internal customers that are the drivers of our company. When not at work Mike enjoys spending time with his family and being outside as much as possible.

    Meg is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, organizational design and cultural development. She thrives at being an action-oriented business partner who relies on her “people” skills, the ability to communicate and build rapport with anyone at any level of the company.

    Rodney joined Sterling Crane USA as HSE Manager bringing with him a career of over 40 years of Safety Leadership experience to the Organization. Rodney has held leading positions in safety with both North American and International companies during his career. As part of the Leadership Team, Rodney is focused on implementing methods to continuously improve Sterling Crane USA’s Health Safety & Environment culture throughout the organization.
